Instructional Design
Beaufort Junior Leadership is a 4-H Program dedicated to developing high school aged participants into young leaders. This program provides training in the area of personal and leadership development, networking, communication, financial management, and civic engagement. The program is a partnership between Clemson Extension/Beaufort County 4-H and the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce. This proposal was created by myself and reviewed by a team of Extension Agents before presenting to our local Chamber for collaboration.
Galactic Quest was a collaborative effort between Clemson University and National 4-H Council as part of the 2021 4-H STEM challenge. I assisted the team with the Stellar Optics offline activity where youth were tasked with building a telescope and learning about physics and light and how telescopes have been utilized to explore space.
4-H20 Water Resources Guided Record book
The 4-H20 Water Keeper guided record book was created as a collaboration between myself and our county water resources Extension agent. The project intent was for youth to further develop their field and analytical skills in protecting local waterways. The book has been utilized internally within the Beaufort County 4-H program.
